Categories of personal data processed

Identity (name and surname), contact (phone, email), customer transaction (requested product, quantity, project information, configurator values), transaction security (IP address, log records) and, with your consent, marketing/analytics data.

Purposes of processing

Carrying out quotation and sales processes, managing customer relations, communication activities, information-security processes, providing information to authorised bodies, and, with explicit consent, measuring advertising/campaign performance.

Method of collection and legal basis

Data is collected electronically or verbally through the website’s forms, the configurator, WhatsApp, email and phone channels. Legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest; for analytics and marketing cookies, Art. 5/1 explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our business partners, service providers (hosting, email, communication infrastructure) and legally authorised bodies, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request erasure where the conditions are met, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to request compensation for damage.

You may submit your application, together with documents verifying your identity, in writing to our company address or to info@assolighting.com. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
